A Professional Organiser assists with organising your home or other problem space. This is usually done by implementing any or all of the following methods:

• Providing placement advice (this can overlap with interior design work)
• Providing storage solutions (e.g.  baskets & boxes)
• Addressing any visible clutter in your space to present a tidier look
• Physical cleaning, decluttering and organising
• Setting systems in place for maintenance

A Declutter Coach cares more about the hows and whys of the clutter. While they do also tend to provide practical tips and tricks, they are mainly concerned with addressing the root cause of the clutter so that you are less likely to "reoffend" once your place is in order.

The general process behind an initial consultation at Uncluttered Living Solutions is as follows:

1. After booking an appointment time with us, we use the 1 hour time slot for taking a tour of your home and/or problem areas, along with discussions about what you're hoping to achieve, and what may be holding you back from achieving these goals on your own.
2. After the appointment, we go away with our notes (and photos if you've given us permission), and do a thorough analysis of the situation, resulting in a personalised declutter plan which will be emailed to you
3. Once you have received your declutter plan, it is up to you to decide whether you would like to attempt the advice given on your own, or enlist our services further, in which case, we will create a project proposal and quote for you to approve before work begins.

While the typical tasks of a Professional Organiser and Declutter Coach are provided by default, we also are willing to help with the following areas, depending on your needs:

• Basic Surface Cleaning
• Assistance with Laundry and/or Meal Prep
• Light Administrative duties, such as: Budgeting, I.T. Setup/Maintenance, Digitising, Shredding, Label Making

For anything not mentioned here that you require assistance with, and generally falls under the domestic duties, admin, or I.T. umbrellas, please don't hesitate to ask - the worst I can say is no :)
